Huckle Race Fundraiser
This Sunday’s Earl Huckle Memorial Race is the single largest fundraiser for the Cadillac Area Ski Club. CASC underwrites all things racing at Caberfae, from the junior program to Wednesday night race league to all of the equipment used by Cadillac High School skiing. Similar programs and leagues at other resorts routinely cost much more than what we provide in partnership with Caberfae.
We will once again have a silent auction in Beaties following the race. This is not a ski swap, so please no used items without significant antique value. Gift cards to area businesses, handcrafted items, or experiences are usually very good sellers. Please contact Meg Mogan at (231) 468-1176 to arrange a pickup of an item or drop it off to Beaties the morning of the event. There is also a refinished Hall chairlift for sealed bid auction on display in the hotel lobby until March 10. Instructions for bidding are on the chairlift sign.
The simplest way to help is a monetary donation. If you or someone you care about has benefited from the Club’s efforts, please consider a donation using one of the two methods below.

Fiesta Fun Last Weekend
Thanks to all who came out to enjoy the Mexican Fiesta last weekend along with the fabulous sound of Keenan Cooper. The food and music made for a truly memorable and fun evening. There’s more fun ahead, so save the date for the Spring Carnival at the Peaks with Sandy and the Bandits performing in the Stagshead Lounge from 4-7 p.m. More details to come!
