It’s going to be a full night of fun. Come early, stay late, or do what works for you!
4:00 - Cheer on Michigan as they battle TCU in the Fiesta Bowl
6:00 - Appetizer Buffet in the Stag’s Head Lounge
Kitchen will remain open until 7:30 PM
8:00 - Dessert Buffet in the Stag’s Head Lounge
Bar open into the New Year!
Tickets for enjoying both the Appetizer and Dessert Buffets may be purchased in advance for $12.50 per person. Advance tickets will be available in the kitchen until December 30th. Tickets purchased on December 31st will be $15 per person. If you choose to order dinner in the kitchen, regular prices will apply.
Music for the Stag’s Head Lounge
Our bar is lucky to have a high quality speaker with blue tooth capability. When we don’t have live music or a DJ, members often use their phone to stream their music collection or subscription to provide the bar with music. We think it would be nice to have a device that could be left at the bar and used to stream a music account belonging to the ski club. This way we would not have to depend on the music collections of volunteers. If you have a device you are not using (such as an old phone or tablet) that you’d be willing to donate to the club for this purpose, please email caberfaeskiclub@caberfaeskiclub.org and let us know.
Bartenders Needed
Do you enjoy our bar? Have you signed up to bartend yet? Please email Katie at secretary-treasurer@caberfaeskiclub.org to let her know when you are available. We’d like to fill out the schedule for December, including Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of the holiday week. We need folks willing to bartend on New Year’s Eve. And then there are January, February, March . . . Sign up sheets are also posted in the bar. Thank you for helping us keep our costs down!
Ticket Agent and Parking Pass Reminders
There will be a ticket agent in the club Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9:45 - 11:15. Season pass holders can pick up tickets there.
See Sue to pick up your parking pass. Please remember that while parking in our lot on weekdays is available to all, on weekends and holidays a pass is required. Temporary parking to drop off and pick up gear is always allowed. And after 4:00 p.m. the lot is also open to any member.
