NEW YEAR'S EVE POTLUCK & FESTIVITIES! Plans are now coming together to bring in 2020 at the Caberfae Ski Club! Volunteer bartenders for the evening have kindly/eagerly signed up and will be ready to serve starting at 5 pm. The evening's music entertainment has been arranged and will start at 8 pm. Music will be provided by "Music by Randy." Surprise! There may be some intermittent games during the evening. Sign up is simple. Send a short email to Lou Kimball at lvkimball@gmail.com stating you are planning to attend and let her know if you can supply an appetizer or dessert for the potluck. You may also RSVP on the NYE sheet located on the bulletin board. Others, dining elsewhere, may join the festivities any time during the evening.
Hoping you will come and join in the fun
3. HERE'S A QUIZ. What is the definition of the clubhouse being open versus closed? The clubhouse is closed when the barn door is slid closed, closing off the dining room and Stag's Head Lounge. The clubhouse is open when the barn door is open and members have access to the dining room and the upstairs. This means those who have not yet lost their clubhouse key to the parking lot door, have 365/24/7 access to the round room, the ground floor restrooms, and all the lockers. If you wish a replacement key, good luck! KIDDING! Grovel to Norma roelfsen@gmail.com, our kind and forgiving club Secretary/Treasurer. In the spirit of the season, she will happily give you a replacement. If you've lost one to many keys, watch out for the flying monkeys.
