5. BY-LAWS HAVE BEEN UPDATED!
CHECK OUT THE PROPOSED BY-LAWS and the current version of the By-laws at www.caberfaeskiclub.org. On the menu bar, across the top of the page, click on By-Laws to select either "Old By-Laws" or "New By-Laws". The new By-Laws will be presented at the CSC Annual Meeting on February 29, 2020 at 4:30 PM
6. NOTICE: ANNUAL MEETING & STEAK FRY ON FEBRUARY 29TH
The proposed new bylaws are linked to our website and we will be voting on them at the Annual Meeting. It is very important that we have enough members for the votes and proxies to count. If you cannot make the meeting, please give your proxy to another member. How is this done? Email or send a letter stating the following:
I,__________________________, am unable to be present at the Caberfae Ski Club Annual Meeting on Saturday, February 29th, 2020 and give proxy to ___________________ for the approval of the proposed by-laws.
Your Name:___________________________________
Address: ______________________________________
If you are going to be at the club this weekend there will be proxies in the clear holder at the information board.
It’s that easy. Your vote/proxy counts!
Don't forget to RSVP for dinner after the meeting!
7. A BALLOT IS IN YOUR eMAILBOX
Ballots for the candidates are in your email! They are sent through Survey Monkey and may have gone into your promo or junk folder if you didn’t look. Voting will be closed on Friday, February 28th at 8 p.m. A reminder notice will go out again on Sunday if you inadvertently deleted the email. If you have Survey Monkey blocked, you will not get a ballot.
8. THE NOMINEES ARE …
The Nominating Committee has submitted four candidates running for two open seats in the election for board of directors of the Caberfae Ski Club. Please take a moment to read about each candidate.
