Welcome to the Caberfae Ski Club website. This is where you'll find information about the Club, Caberfae Peaks Ski and Golf Resort, and also the Cadillac area.

CABERFAE PEAKS RECEIVES EXCELLENCE AWARD 
The Cadillac Area Visitors Bureau presented Caberfae Peaks Ski & Golf Resort with the first Annual “Recreation Excellence Award.” Jim Neff, who was honored to present the award, reminded over 70 attendees how lucky we are to have a ski resort that has been here since 1937. He noted that since 1982 over 250 communities across the nation have lost their community ski resorts. He commended the Meyer Family who since 1982 have been successful in building what he thinks is the best ski hills in the state. Rep. Phil Potvin, also an avid skier, noted that he grew up on the slopes of Caberfae and is always excited to hit the slopes when he can during the winter at Caberfae. Potvin also noted that as a fellow family business owner, he fully commended the Meyer family for their continued commitment to Caberfae and the ski industry as a whole. Accepting on behalf of the Caberfae Team were Pete and Alli Meyer, and Tim and Mandy Meyer. ‘This is a great honor, but what when we see multiple generations coming out to ski together, that is truly why we work hard every day at Caberfae, it’s a great family sport and a sport we love,’ said Pete Meyer, upon acceptance of the award. SPRING WORK BEE – THE SPRING WORK BEE that we’ve all been waiting for is just three day away… This Saturday morning, May 5th, 9:30 a.m. til noon. You won’t want to miss this spring ritual. There’s fun for the whole family and plenty of food and drink for all. Come and see if any of the treasures in the Lost and Found belong to you! Find that set of car keys you lost in the parking lot. There will be fun activities indoors and out. The forecast is for the mid 60s with only a 30% chance of snow or rain. This party only lasts a couple of hours so don’t be late. Be sure to sign in when you get here. You see, Marty sends a nice note to everyone who doesn’t show… they get to pay for this last hooray of the season. It’s a great concept, isn’t it? -- Pat Goggin
